After 16 years in the insurance industry as a Medical Underwriter responsible for training staff and sales advisors on human anatomy, the human body, and its function and disease, I decided to change directions and search for a career that would bring temperance to my life and feed my soul. 

I left the corporate world in 2006 to begin journey towards holistic and spiritual healing, becoming a Reiki Master Practitioner and Certified Reflexologist.

I use the medical knowledge I gained working in the insurance industry in every treatment I provide. I feel blessed to be able to offer my clients the gift of time for themselves to relax, rejuvenate and heal.

A communitarian by nature, I  volunteer at HopeSpring Cancer Support Centre and ACCKWA (The AIDS Committee of Cambridge, Kitchener, Waterloo & Area) doing reflexology and Reiki. I recently returned from New Orleans where I participated in a Habitat for Humanity build. 

I’m a graduate of Wilfrid Laurier University in Waterloo, Ontario, with a Bachelor of Arts in music (voice) and psychology and a Diploma in business, as well as a Certified Trainer of Adults. It is my pleasure and privilege to offer each of my clients the gift of better health.
