What can I expect during a Reflexology treatment?

  • You will lie on a massage therapy table.
  • I’ll put a pillow and towel under your feet and offer you a blanket to keep warm during the treatment.
  • I’ll remove your socks and cleanse your feet with hypo-allergenic wipes.
  • I’ll examine your feet.
  • I’ll treat your feet, one at a time, through a series of acupressure moves and presses. This takes about 45 minutes.
You may doze or fall asleep during the treatment: That’s OK! It means you're relaxed and enjoying the treatment. 

If at any time you feel discomfort or pain I'll discontinue the movement.
Each client must complete a health information/ consent to treatment form before the initial treatment.
